WeatherStationary.com Customer Policy can be summarized into a single promise - to take good care of You as our customer. There is no way this store would be up & running without our customers and thus we do everything possible to ensure that you are happy and satisfied. And if that means to bend our policies in a situation that merit it, you can be sure we will.

 

Shipping and delivery

Right now, we only ship within the United States. We put great effort into shipping your order so that it reaches your doorstep within 3 to 4 working days. However depending on where you live, it might take up to seven working days.

 

No-Hassle Return Policy

Note: The only exception from this policy is software products.

We, at WeatherStationary.com, strive hard to provide you with the best products and services. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with our products (except software), then there is absolutely no need for you to worry. You can simply return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or replacement.

Few More Details about Our Return Policy

In case you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover all costs involved in getting you a new product and/or returning the original product. You will NEVER have to incur a cost if you receive a defective product and/or if we make a mistake. 

To return a product, just contact us with your order number and we will issue a ‘Return Authorization’ for the same. We sincerely request you not to refuse the package and/or ship it back without contacting us first. This usually creates problems and results in longer return periods.

To qualify for a full refund, please ensure that the non-defective product to be returned is in: 

  • New or in like-new condition 
  • It contains all the original accessories, and 
  • Is returned in the original packaging. 

We will promptly credit your payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) upon receipt of your return. Products that are damaged or found to be defective will be replaced by WeatherStationary.com at no extra charge. Again, we will cover all costs to replace a defective item.

 

Payment Methods

We accept payment via all major credit cards and also through PayPal. However, we don’t currently offer ‘Net 30’ or ‘Payment by Check’ options for eligible businesses, municipalities, and government organizations. Also, ‘Payment by Check’ option is not currently available for personal orders.

 

Privacy & Security

We take your privacy very seriously and will never share, sell or distribute your information to any third party, apart from those required to process your order. Rest assured, your personal and payment information is 100% secure with us.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.

We do not specifically market to children under 13. All information having children related subjects (i.e., Weather Course for Kids) is only aimed at parents who want to educate their children on such matters. 

If we discover, or have any suspicion, that a child under the age of 13 has entered a contest or promotional campaign, placed an order, or left personal information using our forms we will endeavor to:

1. Contact a parent, or legal guardian for approval of the child's action.


2. Cancel any orders at no cost to the child, parent or legal guardian, if those orders were placed without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.


3. Remove any personal data provided by the child without the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

If we are unsuccessful in our attempts to contact a parent, or legal guardian, we will assume that the child is under the age of 13; and we will cancel any orders placed, and remove all personal data provided, to assure that we are in compliance with both the intent and spirit of COPPA.
